Mark Brown is an American gaming executive known for serving as the CEO of Trump Hotels and Casinos and President of The Venetian Macau, Sands Macau, and the Four Seasons Macau. In 2010, Brown joined Wynn Resorts, and later served as COO of NagaCorp Limited. In November 2014, Brown was named President and CEO of Imperial Pacific Limited.

Imperial Pacific’s highly anticipated multi-billion dollar resort on the island of Saipan is planning to hold an opening on March 31, though it's unclear if anything will actually open. While soft openings are common, with Okada Manila for example starting limited casino operations in December ahead of a full unveiling, also on Friday, in this case, construction delays and labor issues continue to plague the site.
Imperial Pacific Holdings says its resort on the Pacific Island of Saipan will open in the first quarter of this year, despite concern over funding problems for the proposed $7 billion project. The operator, which is currently working out of a temporary facility on the island, had initially planned a Chinese New Year opening, but in a recent stock exchange filing changed the wording about its planned debut to say the Imperial Pacific Resort will hold a soft opening in Q1.
