Joshua Landis is the public affairs executive manager of ClubsNSW. Josh has been with ClubsNSW since 2007 and held the role of Senior Policy Officer and Manager of Government Relations before being promoted to the executive team in 2010.He holds degrees from the University of Wollongong including Arts (Communications – with Distinction) and Law as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He has practised law in Sydney and London and completed American University’s Public Affairs and Advocacy Institute.Prior to joining ClubsNSW he worked as a policy advisor to a number of senior Ministers in the NSW Government, developing a comprehensive understanding of the political process.Josh is responsible for policy, government relations, corporate affairs, internal and external communications for ClubsNSW and ClubsAustralia. His team won the 2012 “Gold Standard” award for Best In-House Public Affairs Team in the Asia-Pacific region. They provide research, media, policy, industry advice and advocacy across all matters affecting clubs and also deliver ClubLife magazine, ClubNews TV show, several websites, social media and a range of written and online publications.
