Pagcor threatens to put Okada’s Philippine license on hold

Pagcor’s vice president of gaming licensing and development, Francis Hernando, stated this week that Okada’s casino license may be put on hold pending further investigation into allegations that he and his company, Universal Entertainment, violated the country’s anti-dummy laws.  Okada is pushing ahead to complete construction of his resort in Manila Bay and open as planned by the end of 2015, but Hernando claimed that they may halt construction if the warning were not taken seriously.
