Landing International Chief Operating Officer Jay Lee stepped down from his post at the Hong Kong-listed operator in January, according to the executive’s LinkedIn page.
He also stepped down from his position as CEO of Landing Jeju Development Co. in December after four years in the post.
Landing Jeju is the developer of the Jeju Shinhwa World, a 2.5 million sq m, $1.8 billion integrated leisure and entertainment resort on the island. The company has not commented on his departure.
Landing in February warned that it expects to report a loss for 2018. But it also said its operating expenditures had increased due to the rollout of facilities at Jeju Shinhwa World, though it provided no details on cost.
