Vietnam’s Ho Tram Strip has announced the launch of its 60 three-bedroom Gallery Villas project, with Michael Kelly, executive chairman of Ho Tram Strip holding a press briefing over the weekend.
The Villas will cover an area of five hectares and will complement Ho Tram Strip’s already built offerings, which currently include The Grand Ho Tram Strip and The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, a known golf course in the region.
The Villas, ranging from 800-1700 square meters over two floors, will also include terraces and private swimming pools. Other facilities available include swimming pools, kid’s center, gym, a spa, restaurants as well as the 2.2 kilometer private beach.
The executive chairman said the average price of the villas is more than US$1 million each.
Kelly said around $1 billion has been invested in the integrated resort.
