GuocoLeisure to delist from NZ, retain Singapore listing

GuocoLeisure, the hospitality company that owns the Clermont Club in London, said it will delist from the New Zealand Stock Exchange on June 27th this year, but will retain its listing in Singapore.
The company made the announcement following news reports that sent the shares sharply higher last week. Guoco, which was established in New Zealand, moved its primary listing to Singapore in 2000.
