Former Universal employee files criminal complaint against Okada

A former Universal Entertainment employee has filed a criminal complaint against the company’s billionaire founder Kazuo Okada, claiming he ordered the payment of bribes to push forward the company’s casino project in Manila, said Reuters, which reported it has seen a copy of the complaint.
Takafumi Nakano has made similar claims in a civil case. It was not clear if the Tokyo District Prosecutor’s Office plans to take action.
The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Nevada gaming regulator and the Philippine government are all looking into the claims in a long-running dispute.
