eBet shares halted pending news

Shares in eBet have been suspended from trading in Australia pending a “price sensitive” announcement from the company.
eBet said in a filing with the Australian Stock Exchange that it requested the halt to allow a share placement to be conducted in an orderly manner. It also plans to announce a related transaction at the same time, but is unclear it will be in a position to do so before July 16th, it said.
eBet shares closed at $3.95 on Friday, near the top of a 52-week range of $1.36 – $4.00.
