Best Sunshine International

    Best Sunshine International Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Imperial Pacific Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company with Exchange Code #1076 and as of May 1, 2014 has a market capitalization of over US$550 million. The Hong Kong-listed company is a Bermuda-incorporated company, whose historical business was the processing and trading of frozen and functional food products. As part of the company’s recent realignment of its core business to eco-tourism, luxury property development, entertainment and gaming, it recently acquired a stake in the revenue stream of a major junket operator which operates VIP-only gaming suites across most of the major casinos in Macau such as Wynn, Star World, Galaxy, Sands, MGM and Venetian. The operator oversees the gaming interests of thousands of high-rollers from the South East Asia region. The VIP-only gaming suites are Macau’s most luxurious and are accessible “by invitation only”.
